Delivery Information

Shipping within South Africa

a)     Free door-to-door delivery is offered on order values of R500.00 or more (South Africa only).

b)     Orders are usually delivered to your door within 2 -5 business days from receipt of payment. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our nominated couriers’ control (Courier Guy) certain orders may take longer than the usual 2–5 working days for delivery. If this is the case we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation as   soon as possible.

c)    Orders are dependent on the weight of your items. Please note that the flat rate shipping costs are for major cities only. If you live in an outer-lining area there could be a location surcharge and we will invoice this separately. Your products will then only be shipped once the surcharge has been paid.

d)    URGENT orders – Please send us an email at and we will do our best to ship your order the following day with overnight courier.

e)    A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been received and processed. A second confirmation email will be sent once your items have been paid for in full and dispatched, also contained in this email will be the nominated courier’s tracking number with which you can track your parcel. To track your parcel we will email you the relevant link and select the track and trace button.

f)    Large Orders: If large quantities are ordered, please allow for additional delivery time.

g)    Damaged Items: Should your items arrive damaged in the unlikely event, please contact us immediately. Please consult our ‘Returns’ policy under the Customer Service tab.

h)    Undelivered Package: Should a package not be delivered due to the following reasons:

-          No one on the premises to take delivery,

-          You are unable to answer calls or an invalid or incomplete delivery address is provided

We will attempt a second delivery after which, if the package is not delivered, you will be liable for all additional costs associated with the delivery of the package. Should you request a refund as a result of these failed attempts, you will be refunded the price of the products less the additional delivery costs.

i)    Out of Stock Items: If a product is out of stock or cannot be supplied for some reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the payment.

International Deliveries

a)    We do not currently ship overseas (outside South Africa) from this store, however, please do email us for a quote to your destination.

b)    Please note that there could be additional charges to be paid once the parcel arrives in your country. Check with your government website for their clearance charges with regard to admin, duties and taxes as this is different depending on the country.

c)    All international deliveries are sent with South African Post Office. To track your parcel we will email you the tracking status link.
